Terms of use

This is a game, run by Alin Pribeagu, and it is free. By playing it you agree to what follows. If you do not, the remedy is simple: do not play.

Your account

• An account is yours alone. Do not share it, and do not use anybody else's.
• Pick a name that you would not mind being seen by everyone in a room, because it will be.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think somebody else has got into it, change your password — doing so signs every other device out.
• You may play without an account at all. Ranked play is the only thing that needs one.

Playing fairly

• Do not use a modified client, a script, or anything that plays for you.
• Do not attack the service: no floods, no probing for holes, no attempts to reach other people's accounts. The limits in place are not a challenge.
• Do not harass other players.

An account that does any of these may be suspended or removed, and usually without warning, because a warning is an invitation to try again more quietly.

What this is not

• It comes with no warranty of any kind. It may be down, it may lose a match, it may be taken offline entirely.
• Nothing here is guaranteed to keep working, and no liability is accepted for anything that follows from using it, to the extent the law allows.
• These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.

The code, the artwork and the sounds of this game belong to Alin Pribeagu.

Bomberman is a registered trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment. This project is an independent tribute, is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Konami in any way, and claims no rights in that name.
